At Denim Industry, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every pair of jeans we make.
Each product is inspected before dispatch to ensure you receive only the best.
However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to assist you with an exchange or refund under the terms below.

👖 1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To qualify:

• The jeans must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
• Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• The product should be in resalable condition — no stains, marks, or alterations.

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these standards.

🚫 2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

• Jeans that have been worn, washed, or altered.
• Items without original tags or packaging.
• Products purchased on final sale, clearance, or discount offers.
• Customized or limited-edition denim pieces.

🔄 3. Exchange Policy

We understand that the perfect fit matters.
You can request one exchange per product within 7 days of delivery for a different:

• Size, or
• Color of the same style.

If your requested size or color is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit equal to the product value for your next purchase.

Note: Both-way shipping for exchanges (pickup + delivery) will incur a flat ₹99 fee.

💳 4. Refunds (Prepaid Orders Only)

We offer refunds only on prepaid orders — we do not accept Cash on Delivery.

Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 working days after the returned product passes quality inspection.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Items found worn, washed, or missing original tags.
• Returns that fail quality checks.
• Original shipping fees (if any).

If a refund is denied, the product will be shipped back to you.

🚚 5. Pickup & Return Process

• We provide reverse pickup service in most pin codes for a nominal fee of ₹99 per order.
• If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you can self-ship the product to our warehouse address below.
• Pack the jeans securely to prevent damage during transit.

🕒 6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

⚠️ 7. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Product

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

1. Email us within 24 hours of delivery at sales.denimindustry@gmail.com.
2. Attach clear photos of the product and packaging label.
3. Our team will verify the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Requests beyond 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

🧵 8. Fit & Size Assistance

If your jeans don’t fit perfectly, don’t worry — you can:

• Exchange for another size, or
• Receive store credit for future use.

Once your return reaches our warehouse:

• Inspection: 2–3 business days
• Refund/Exchange Processing: 5–7 business days
