1. Payment Mode

We operate on a prepaid-only basis. All orders must be paid online at checkout via UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on any order.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India through trusted and verified courier partners.
International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee of ₹99 is applied to all orders, irrespective of delivery location or order value.
This charge covers secure packaging and insured transportation.

4. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed after 6:00 PM IST, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Customers receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp once the order is shipped.

6. Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address, pin code, and contact number are entered correctly at checkout.

If a package is undelivered due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept, the parcel will be returned to us.
Re-shipment can be arranged upon payment of a ₹99 re-shipping fee.

7. Reverse Pickup for Returns & Exchanges

If you initiate a return or exchange, we will attempt a reverse pickup through our courier partners.

• Service fee: ₹99 per request
• If reverse pickup is unavailable at your pin code, you must self-ship the product to our warehouse.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

Refunds for prepaid cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

10. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your parcel appears damaged or tampered at delivery:

1. Do not accept the package.
2. Take clear photos of the packaging and item.
3. Email us within 24 hours at: sales.denimindustry@gmail.com

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
